. . . and now

Someone asked what the inside morning glories looked like now -- after most all growing outside things have come to their brown death.  The top picture shows that inside, there still is blooming life.  The second picture shows that outside, there seems to be absolutely no sign of verdancy.  Makes me wonder about things:  like what is the actual connection in the vine itself?  One would think that if the original source were dead, there could be no more blooming (?)  Or maybe the original source is not yet dead, but just looks that way.  Maybe the inside vine has its own resources for life to keep on living.  The bottom picture was taken today, November 7th, 2011.  This petunia just wants to keep living.

Sounds like the makings of a sermon. . .

(the clock is three hours slow when I previewed this--wonder why?)
